In the times of Redemption the red heifer will return and since the atmosphere will become purified with the rebuilding of the third Temple. its metaphorical expression is through the teachings of the hidden aspects of the Torah bagan by the Rashbi and later revealed though the school of the Isaac Luria otherwise known as the Ari Hakadosh. The mystical tradition was carried by the students of The Baal Shem Tov (after which Aaron Meir was named). the secrets were passed from the Baal Shem Tov though Rabbi Yosef Yitzchak Schneerson.

 Rabbi Yosef Yitzchak Schneerson visited the old mystical city of Tzfat in 1929 in an exploratory mission to the united states following his release for soviet union prison. These teachings were then passed to the current Lubavitcher Rebbe, Rabbi M.M. Schneerson.
